• Painting

I enjoy my paintings and find it as a positive distraction from my coding mind. I started 20 plus years ago, yes considering the time I should be better :P But unlike coding it's not about being great it's about enjoying the process.

  • Carpentry

When I can't find things I like I make them. Working with wood gives far more than the end product, I would say it's a type of meditation.

  • Writing

It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words in which case I have many many pictures.

  • Reading

Worse yet, reading real books. To the point of building a bookcases to hold them ;) I understand and I'm invest in the move towards digital but there is nothing like physically flipping the page whether it be in the park or on the couch. My one failing under the banner of Papergrave.
